We update our database on a regular basis using statistics from our own extensive Construction and Project Management projects, enabling us to provide accurate costing.

We have an excellent and experienced team, most have been with the company in excess of ten or more years and are members of the Canadian Institute of Quantity Surveyors. Together we have demonstrated an exceptional track record within the industry.

The Company's list of clients is outstanding, the majority of which have been with us for many of years. Our projects have been a balanced mix of management contracts, negotiated fixed price, cost plus, design build and general bid projects. Due to our constant effort and quality workmanship, and our reputation of timely completion and bringing in projects within budget, we have enjoyed repeat business from many of our clients, several spanning twenty years.

OUR EXPERIENCE

For almost 16 years, we have built various types of houses; offices, medical facilities, clinics, manufacturing plants, warehouses, banks, , plazas, custom-built homes to renovations and additions. Our expertise is virtually unchallengeable when it comes to small or large projects.

OUR PHILOSOPHY

With regards to all our projects can be summarized as follows: The Clients/Owner and their best interests come first. Work as a team with the Owner/Project Manager, Architect and Consultants. Complete the project safely and on or before schedule dates. Provide good quality workmanship at competitive prices. Should any problems arise, we work with the Owner, Architect and Consultants to solve with a logical and pragmatic approach. Correct all deficiencies promptly.

OUR SAFETY

Health and safety comes first on our projects. We are members of the OGCA/WSIB Safety Group. Our superintendents hold regular site safety meetings and maintain well organized sites that are always safe and clean.
